The Art of Movement
About the Journey Guide:
🎭 Meet the Creator of "The Art of Movement"
Claudia Costa is an Expressive Arts Therapy Facilitator, movement artist, cultural anthropologist, and performer with a deep passion for guiding others toward self-expression and embodied presence.
Her work is grounded in a multi-modal expressive arts approach, weaving together movement, image, sound, writing, and silence — always with an emphasis on inclusion, safety, and creativity.
With over a decade of experience in burlesque and embodied movement, combined with her background in cultural anthropology, Claudia offers a gentle, accessible, and empowering way of working.
Her facilitation invites people to explore not how movement looks, but how it feels — following their own rhythm, sensations, and unique expression.
Through The Art of Movement, she creates spaces where bodies, stories, and emotions are welcome — just as they are.
